Advance bookings are to be made via the UK-Aire website.

Users must be have an active, valid membership to book. View Membership Plans for more information.

To cancel your booking you can do so via the UK-Aire website.

The sites can only be booked one 24-hour period at a time and are subject to availability.

You must not drop grey waste or toilet waste or fresh water whilst at a location, unless agreed by the site. Failure to comply with this condition will result in a ban from UK-Aire.

It is requested that the guest arrives at the chosen location between the times of 8am & 8pm to ensure someone can let you in. Guests must vacate the site within 24s  hours of arrival.

UK-Aire will not accept liability or responsibility for the death of or personal injury to the guest resulting from proven negligence of them. UK-Aire will not accept responsibility for any loss or damage to the property of the guest, including personal belongings, cash, jewellery and motor vehicles, however caused during their stay.

Uk-Aire’s responsibility and financial liability (excluding any liability for death or personal injury due to negligence) shall be limited to the return of monies received in the event of accommodation, booked in good faith, not being available owing to exceptional weather conditions, flood or fire, or such other cause beyond their control.

When you become member of UK-Aire you enter into a contract with the us. Nothing in these conditions affects your normal statutory rights.
